Acupuncture is the most common form of traditional Chinese medicine practice that can be traced back over 2000 years. The treatment involves the insertion of very thin needles into specific points on the body to regulate the flow of Qi (气), the vital life energy.

In other words, this energy network connects and stimulates nerves, muscles, tissues, organs, cells, and consciousness itself. Acupuncture helps to increase blood flow, relieve pain and promote relaxation. It allows your body, mind and spirit to be in harmony. Moreover, it is virtually side effect free with a well-trained acupuncturist.

The holistic approach of acupuncture takes the entire person into consideration, understanding the details about their condition, history, and individual nature before prescribing treatment. This individualized health care practice enriches patients’ lives on all levels, especially those of health and joy.

Acupuncture has been proven effective for treating physical and emotional imbalances. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends acupuncture for over 100 conditions.

Getting acupuncture is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself.
